Operators can use this customer education plan to train employees about providing customer education.
License applicants can use this Customer Education Plan in the section or exhibit of the application that requests a plan for educating customers/purchasers.
License applicants may also use this Customer Education Plan as an addition to the operations plan if the page limit allows.
Search for each of these terms in the regulations. You're looking for pieces of each regulation that pertain to regulations pertaining to possession, sales limits, and any required educational materials for customers. Refer to the General Sheet Editing DIY Guide for guidance on what to do with these key words.
Search for each of the bolded terms in the Customer Education Plan sheet, including the brackets. Do a "replace all" and insert the pertinent information needed to replace the term. The description underneath each bolded term below tells you what information should replace the bolded term. For instance, you would use the search feature in your document editing software to look for [Company *1] and then using the replace all feature, replace [Company *1] with your company name.
Replace with the name of the company.
Replace with the name of the state where the company is located
Replace with the name of the State cannabis regulatory authority (usually)
Replace with the name of the primary state cannabis regulation.
Replace with the role title of the person who will be in charge of revisions to the education guide.
We suggest that you read through the sheet and make any additional edits or additions that you see fit. The Customer Education Plan includes policies and procedures which you can add further detail to if you have additional steps to your policies and procedures.
We suggest making the summary of consumer related regulations. Once you use the key words in this guide to complete the process in the General DIY Sheet Editing Guide, you'll have a list of all consumer-related regulations and can use that to make your summary.
