The Post Harvest Manager is responsible for the post-harvest activities of the Operations Department. They will increase operational efficiencies through process improvement, design and maintenance of packaging equipment, accurately complete paperwork and generate statistical reporting, and proper documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
