From minimizing waste and maximizing product yield to training, monitoring, and evaluating agents you're Director of Operations will be making sure that your facility is orderly, well oiled, following all safety measures and following standard operating procedures to maintain the quality of everything that comes out of your facility into the hands of customers.

You'll need someone who truly enjoys process improvement and figuring out how to best grow quality cannabis plants in your facility.  Part of this will be training and mentoring cultivation agents so you have a team of passionate green thumbs in the garden.  This job description has been formulated to find this master of growth.
