Alaska accepts cannabis business applications on a rolling basis and accepts applications in rounds. When you submit an application it may be considered in the nearest review period or the following review period depending on various factors such as the number of applications they receive at once. You can access the Alaska cannabis business application link to apply electronically here
Each state has its own time frames for accepting dispensary licensing. Some are always receiving applications and others have specific time windows for applications. If there is a specific time window you want to make sure to prepare your application in time, so you don't miss the deadline! Thankfully, Alaska doesn't have a limited time frame!
