New Jersey now allows adult use/ recreational cannabis and is licensing additional cultivators and dispensaries to accommodate the market.
As an entrepreneur who is interested in opening a dispensary in New Jersey it is important to know the current market size. New Jersey's marijuana program has traveled a bumpy road, finally resulting in a regulation that has done its best to take in to account well funded entrepreneurs and lean startups. Jersey's new adult use status will impact your business plan in estimating your sales and customer count. Consider the population size as well as the number of tourists and competitor dispensaries.
